I want to feel the sunshine after rain…

With the end of the weekend it it time for a new outfit. An outfit perfect for the days with ever changing weather! Today I am sharing my versatile outfit which I love to wear during rainy summer days. And let me tell you, there have been a lot of them lately 😉
For this outfit I just went with my gut. I am in love with my new rain trenchcoat by Happy Rainy Days* but when wearing it in combination with more black or sneakers just doesn’t look that awesome on a shorter person like me. So I decided to opt for classy black suede pumps – Sacha Shoes*, a fierce boyfriend jeans from the Zara (absolutely my favourite jeans buy this year!), a simple ecru top with knotted detail – which is also from the Zara, and some of my favourite accessories like my FURLA bag!
Sunshine after rain…
The look had to have some color, something bright, it is summer after all. So I finished this outfit with a very special shawl by IMYF. Some of you might now I visited West Papua (Indonesia) a couple of years ago. Well this shawl has the original print of an envelop coming from the old West Papua, to the Netherlands. To me this makes this shawl so special. It gives me a feeling of connection and I knew I had to style it in an outfit where it would be one of the items standing out! I think I did a pretty good job with that, didn’t I?
