Italian print – Outfit post

Italian print ootd outfit versace furla dutch fashion blogger photoshoot streetstyle 3

Ciao dearies,

How are you doing? Today I want to share a new outfit which has some nice Italian designer items. For example the printed tee I am wearing is from Versace and has a Roman – Italian surrealisticΒ print on it. Curious about the full outfit? First let me tell you some more about the look and then you can check out the other pictures πŸ˜‰

I wore this outfit during one of my shooting dates with Britt, it was cold but we were super lucky to be able to shoot in an empty building. It looks just as if we did a lookbook shoot or something and it was such a great atmosphere for the looks we both had in mind! I decided to wear this artsy, surrealistic outfit with my Versace tee, Furla bag and my new glitter skirt from the Sting.

Before our shooting day I had this look in mind but I did not try it on nor did I know for sure if it was going to work out the way I wanted to… But oh dear, I am so happy with how this look turned out!! It’s creative, artsy, fun and it’s totally me! This is how I would like to dress up everyday, fun, colorful, but still comfortable and feminine. Also I am really happy with the result of this shoot, my blogger babe Britt did an awesome job, yet again, shooting this pictures.

I am wearing a tee from Versace, cardigan from Primark, skirt from the Sting (sponsored), bag FURLA (gifted) and heels from H&M.

What do you think of this outfit? Should I wear outfits like this more often and do you think this style suits me and my personality? Let me know in a comment πŸ™‚

Free as a butterfly – Outfit post

Ciao ragazzi,

It’s my birthday today, yay! For a special day like this I had a special outfit in mind! Something with a meaning, something which fits the way how I see life at the moment… Above all something that represents what I am working towards, which future I am building, free as a butterfly… πŸ™‚

Shooting this look was so much fun and it was at an amazing location with a view all over the city and the smaller towns around Firenze. I also had two (!) photographers, the lovely Shawn & Diego (thanks guys for everything!) which made me feel like a celebrity haha. People even started making photos of us shooting, especially the Asian tourists. Very funny situation haha, I’m actually surprised I did not feel awkward or anything, it actually was fun, because in Holland I sometimes feel very awkward when people watch your shooting session.

No, in Firenze I felt free! I did not care and I fluttered around the city, trying to see all the sights while relaxing and having the most fun possible. I literally felt like I was free as a butterfly.

This freedom, this feeling was also the setting and feel that I wanted to show you guys in the outfit. I went for a fun, playful playsuit from Liquorish with, yup, butterflies (farfalle in Italiano)! Hence the free as a butterfly titel πŸ˜‰ I fell in love with this playsuit when I saw it on ASOS, the little details on the back, the kaleidoscope butterfly print, the colors, it just screamed ‘Take me with you to Firenze’ haha. It’s actually one of my favorite summer outfits now (too bad summer is over haha).

I am wearing a playsuit from Liquorish (bought on, sunglasses from VANS, necklace from KarmaMantra, camera / handbag from JoTotes (thanks to my lovely parents), bracelet from Noosa Amsterdam, watch from IKKI and heels from H&M.

Now I am very curious! What do you think of this free as a butterfly OOTD / outfit, the view and also what did you think of this blogpost where I told you more about the feeling (the free as a butterfly feeling) and the idea behind the actual look?

Hi there dearies,

Today, I know it’s late but it is still Saturday haha, I want to share some insta-shots with you! In this Insta-Sarandipity I am taking you with me on my last adventures, or working days whatever haha. You can see it as just an Instagram diary but it will not be weekly, or monthly or on a specific day. Just when I feel like sharing something extra with you guys πŸ˜‰

Lately I have been experiencing some inspirational and energy issues but a fun day with blogger babes always cheers me up. It gives me new motivation, inspiration and energy to pick up where I have left. And so here I am, ready to pick up with Sarandipity 2.0 where I left it. Ready to get organized again and ready to get posting again everyday, or at least more regular than I have been doing the past couple of months.

The work to move from Blogger to WordPress and the perfectionist approach I had to moving and my new website got me stressed out and caused me to not feel like blogging for a while. Hopefully this lack of inspiration is gone now so I can share some great posts with you again!

Starting of with this Insta-Sarandipity. To show you a little bit of what I have been doing the past few weeks.

Hope you like it!

Event: Olympus OMD E-M1 bloggerevent

olympus camera photography OMDE-M1 try out review DSLR

Happy saturday everyone! More than a week ago I went to a very cool bloggerevent from Olympus! Most of the pictures in this blogpost are made with several Olympus camera’s, of course! Not only by me but also by Wendy from FabulousStyleWS and Anite from Fashion Attacks the blog. At the event we got the change to test many different Olympus body’s, camera lenses and even compact camera’s! The select group of bloggers at the event, including me, where actually on of the first people ever to try out the Olympus OMD E-M1!

We also got same great photography tips and trics from fashion photographer Brendan de Clercq and he accompanied us while trying out the Olympus camera’s on the streets of Amsterdam! He even made some nice shots of me, but for a random reason I don’t seem to have them anymore. I guess I should send him an email with the question if he happens to still have these pictures, fingers crossed! πŸ™‚

Click on the read more button for some cool pictures from the Olympus event! πŸ™‚

Wow, such a picture overload haha! I certainly had a great day at Olympus, very cool to try out the newest Olympus camera’s and of course being around fellow bloggers and photography addicts! The Olympus camera’s (OMD E-M1 and the Olympus PEN camera’s included) all have very cool functionalities, for example all the filters we used in the different photos. Besides that you also have a storymode where you can take several pictures and place them multiple frames. In the end Olympus won me over and now I have a little bit of a problem since my back account won’t let me buy one haha. Thank you Olympus for having me, it was a lovely day!!

If you think this is all, wait for the outfit post about what I wore this particular day!
Hope you liked this blogpost! πŸ™‚

Event: the BIG U VI by Unlimited PR

Hi dear followers!

Last week has been really amazing, as I already told you in the previous blogpost πŸ˜‰ It started on Wednesday with the bloggersevent from Unlimited PR, called the BIG U! Well it certainly was BIG, it was HUGE!! πŸ˜€ So in this blogpost I will tell you all about this event, I will let you in on some details of what I did during the event and more!

Click on read more for the full report! (Photo’s made be me, the photobooth, de Fotomeisjes)

xoxo Saranda

During the event we had a lot of cool things to do! You could go into make-up, get to know new brands, go into a photobooth and you could also style the DRYKORN IT-coat of this season! Oversized is HOT, and so is this very lovely coat by DRYKORN! Such a musthave, in my humble opinion! Can I have it, pleasseeeee? O=)

I styled this coat the way you can see below, with a shirt from DRYKORN itself and with a jeans from Pepe Jeans! πŸ™‚ At the event I also wanted to have a photo of me with my styling, while working on this blogpost I suddenly thought that the coat also would be very cool in combination with the outfit I was wearing at the event haha.

What do you think of the way I styled the IT-coat??

Having a lot of fun in the photobooth with a couple of fellow bloggers πŸ™‚ First styling the Calvin Klein Jewelry! Look at the lovely watch and cool necklace! <3 I really love the rose gold jewelry set I am wearing in this pictures.

And the Pepe Jeans photobooth! Pepe Jeans celebrated their 40th birthday, congratulations to Pepe Jeans!!! πŸ˜€ In the booth I was wearing a cool Pepe Jeans beany from their new fall/winter collection, I loved that beany! What do you guys think how it looks on me? I think it looks pretty good, not what I expected haha. (I am even considering to buy this particular beany!) Maybe it is the Pepe Jeans photobooth  magic that makes it look good haha πŸ˜‰ By the way, check out that lovely Britain flag in the background, looks cool right? This pictures are so fun, I love photobooths! πŸ™‚

Next stop, the M.A.C. cosmetics corner!

Walking around the showroom I came across Mi Pacha, a dutch shoebrand with shoes that are inspired by Peru and also handmade in Peru! And of course Unlimited PR made sure we did not starve, look at these delicious bites and cute Tiffany’s cupcakes!!
One of the other cool things to do was the Music Bingo! Put on the headphones, listen to music and see if the song that is playing is on your bingo card! Lucky me for being such a music addict, I won!!! And the price?? Your own Sennheiser Momentum headphones, wow!
Last, but definitely not least, we got the chance to choose a pair of UGGs Classic Mini and to have them get customized with Swarovski stones! I chose the black UGG’s and got my initials on them πŸ™‚
As you can understand by now I really had an A-MA-ZING time! I am so grateful for the invite and want to thank Unlimited PR for the good care. They really spoiled us bloggers! I also would like to thank UGG Australia for the lovely, warm, customized boots and Sennheiser for the great headphones!

I can say, without a doubt, that I can’t wait for the next Unlimited PR event!
