Scotch and soda peplum blouse – Outfit

Bordeaux Scotch and Soda peplum blouse outfit OOTD Amsterdam1

Hello loves!

Earlier I told you I met up with Alexandra in Amsterdam and that we shot this look in a lovely location. Today I want to share the other look I shot with Alexandra when we were in Amsterdam together! I bought this cute burgundy sheer peplum blouse from Scotch and Soda a while ago in the sale and I absolutely am loving this top!

It pretty much elevates this otherwise simple outfit… Don’t you think? To be honest I am kinda crushing on the Scotch and Soda collections for a couple of months now. I feel like their items are not on-trend, they also have a very distinctive style and the items are all of a very good quality!

What do you loves think of this outfit? You can shop the look below!
Scotch and Soda peplum blouse: SIMILAR | DRESS SIMILAR STYLE
WEEKDAY jeans: SIMILAR
Ecco heels: SIMILAR
MICHAEL KORS: SIMILAR
Yess Belgium fur pompon: SIMILAR
Isabel Marant earrings: SIMILAR

Can’t wait to hear your thoughts! <3

Satin blue blouse – Outfit

Satin blue blouse outfit chanel ootd amsterdam sarandaadriana7

Hi loves,

Even though it’s already weekend again – time flies when you are working – I still feel like me and Alexandra shot this outfit just yesterday. Last weekend I went to Amsterdam for a day of catching up, laughing and shooting with babe Alexandra after we hadn’t seen each other for approximately a year. Yep, a whole year you guys! So of course we immediately decided that we should spend more time together 🙂

During the day we had tons of fun and we couldn’t stop laughing at some points! We walked through the ‘negen straatjes’ discovered super cute stores like Catwalk Junkie, and we – luckily – resisted our designer cravings while in the Bijenkorf.

I had not seen it before but in Amsterdam you have this cute gallery with lots of mosaic art just besides the former C&A location. Now the biggest Primark of the Netherlands. When walking back to the Central Station, I still needed to shoot this satin blue blouse outfit, we decided to take the pictures in this cute gallery! And here is the result, which I am loving by the way!

What do you babes think of the satin blue blouse? I feel like it’s such an easy to wear, and timeless piece, something that for me elevates my wardrobe for spring / summer. I combined the satin blouse from H&M with a high waisted weekday jeans, leather jacket, and I borrowed an iconic Chanel bag from Alexandra for the photos 🙂

Baci,
Saranda

Travel: Citizen M Tower of London

citizen m tower of london hotel travel sarandaadriana

Joehoe!

Here I am again, this time with another travel post about my trip to London. As you might have read before I went to London in January and stayed in the Mandeville but also in the lovely Citizen M Tower of London hotel! And today I want to tell you all a bit more about this amazing hotel.

I already stayed in a Citizen M hotel earlier last year when my boyfriend and I were invited to go to the International Film Festival in Rotterdam and we loved our stay there so much, that we almost were late to the movie – whoops! But now it was time for our do-over, and after we had a huge delay to start our trip, we were so happy when we touched base at the Citizen M Tower of London hotel. Time to relax a little bit before going into the city… 🙂

As we experienced earlier in Rotterdam, the Citizen M hotels have a very clear concept which is all about comfort! All of their rooms are super modern, have a huge kingsize bed, an iPad to control the TV / Alarm / Lights and more and a rain shower to take long romantic showers together – or a thorough shower session on your own of course 😉 We had the luck to be able to stay in a room with a gorgeous view on Tower Hill and after a good sleep we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet!

Let’s just say we had an amazing stay and that we basically can’t wait to stay at Citizen M at our next destination! Hell, we even looked to see if we could buy a Citizen M bed – which by the way, you can, if you live in the UK… Guess we’ll just have to wait and book a night at Citizen M again soon! 🙂

For now, I am going to let the photo’s do the talking. Thanks to Citizen M Tower of London for the hospitality! 🙂

Fluffy fur – Outfit

fluffy fur outfit ootd sarandaadriana1

Ciao babes,

Gosh it’s been a while again since my last blogpost, whoops. Sometimes I feel like I just don’t have the time or energy to blog and I have no idea where it’s coming from… It might be, partially, because shooting outfits should be something fun to me and I feel that when I plan it during the week it’s rushed and in the weekends I always have all these plans with Mayckel, family and friends.

I’m a little bit of a busy bee, so to speak. For example, my current job has not even ended yet and I just had a job interview today for maybe my next challenge, and I had a meeting last week for a freelance job as well. And honestly, I love it! I love looking forward, seeing what is going to be my next move and I love being challenged and growing personally and professionally by these jobs.

“Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.”

However I missed blogging a lot for the last two weeks, I was pretty stressed as we went to look for a car, I had this scary AF dentist appointment (yeah I am scared for the dentist and not just a tiny little bit of angst) and I had a conversation with my manager planned to talk about my options about perhaps staying longer at this job. Which unfortunately is not possible for now, but hey, I kind of knew it and I am not at all surprised. I’m just happy that I got good feedback and that they would want to keep me if it were possible. So, so far so good! How are you all doing?

For now, let me share one of my latest favorite looks with you all! Shot with the Canon Powershot G7X Mark II – this camera is so high on my wishlist! 😉 I’m wearing a faux fluffy fur coat, lace-up top (both Zara), Weekday jeans and Nike sneakers via Size*.

What do you think of the outfit and my hair? I am currently doubting to dye it this way again… Let me hear your thoughts so I can make up my mind 😀

Baci,

However, I’m sharing one of my favorite recipes at the moment in collaboration with Hands Off My Chocolate. My Crispy Cookie chocolate and strawberry yoghurt parfait! Read on for the full recipe 🙂
