Lately I have a lot on my mind, I am working a lot and with the days getting shorter and darker I don’t have a lot of time to capture my looks on photo. Besides I want my photos to get better and more professional which costs a lot of experimenting, time and work. Therefore, unfortunately I have not been able to update my blog as much as I have wanted to. But I hope / think I will be ‘back’ soon. Oh well, at least I can show you this it’s so fluffy outfit today!
Besides that I have some really cool outfits ready that I want to show you a.s.a.p. and I have a trip to Paris coming up which of course I will blog about as well. So I guess there is enough cool content to share with you very soon! And I really want to get back to a regular blogging schedule as well. Stay tuned 😉
For now I want to show you my latest look, it’s so fluffy and I think it’s different from most of my outfits. A bit more edgy and sexy I think. I am wearing a black feather vest from Isabelli* (It’s so fluffyy!!!), Zara knitted top with lace up, DL1961 jeans*, Tosca Blu booties via Omoda* and my Furla bag*. Personally I am madly in love with the Tosca Blu booties! They are super gorgeous, fit very well and I love the leopard print which is made out of ponyhair! Another favorite item of this look is the fluffy feather vest from Isabelli, you can find it here!
Can’t wait to hear your opinion on fluffy outfit! What do you think of this style, how would you wear these items differently etc? Let me know in a comment babes!
Today I want to show you an outfit with which I am madly in love! A preppy outfit shot during the most pretty time of the year. The streets full of warm orange and yellow fallen leaves, green grass and tress that celebrate their last moment before going into a winters sleep without leaves.
With the sun shining brightly I figured it was the perfect place to shoot this fall preppy outfit, so here it is! I can not wait to hear your opinion on this outfit and the photos.
But first, what am I wearing? This preppy outfit is styled totally around the Tommy Hilfiger boots (via Omoda)*. I am madly in love with this boots and although I borrowed them to shoot I actually really want to just add them to my shoe collection! Any thoughts whether I should do that?? So from the shoes on I decided that I wanted to play with the main colors from the booties. navy and burgundy. I am wearing a top from Primark and a skirt from H&M. Well, I think I pretty much succeeded right? To finish the look I decided to wear my beige Fashion Union trench coat for a little bit of extra preppy-ness and my Michael Kors* bag.
What do you think of this pretty and preppy OOTD?! Let me know in a comment.
It has already been more than a month ago that I went to Milan for Milan Fashion Week. It was such an experience and I was so super happy to be there. But when I got back I had a lot of working to do and I just could not find the time and energy to write down all my adventures.
Well luckily I have found back the energy and I had some more free days the last week so today I can finally show you the last outfit from Milan Fashion Week. Featuring the most gorgeous dress ever, from House of Dagmar! This dress fitted so well and it made me feel so super comfortable with what I was wearing. And matched my style, how I felt, it matched Milan pretty well and it was just perfect for the occasion. Stylish, chic, of a very good quality and an original design.
I am really curious to find out what you think of this look. Would you have worn this dress with the black leather jacket and the black pumps or would you have styled the dress in a completely different way?
The dress is from House of Dagmar and can be found HERE (I borrowed this dress from a press agency), besides the dress I am wearing my FURLA bag*, Sacha pumps* and leather jacket from Oakwood via Zalando.
Sorry for not blogging for a while, there is a lot going on, working a lot and not really being inspired or feeling like blogging were all part of my reason. But I am inspired, have some things to share and there is a little bit more time for me to write about these things again.
Yesterday I went to Amsterdam to visit press agencies and see the upcoming collections from some of my favorite brands. A lot of fun, catching up, eating the most yummy and most pretty red velvet cake, getting tired of running around from PR agency to the next one, but mostly it was inspiring!
But today I want to talk to you about an issue and I am mostly very interested in hearing YOUR opinion on this matter, so please join the discussion afterwards 🙂
There are some discussions going on about the 19 year old Australian Instagram model & socialite Essena O’Neill who told the world that social media is FAKE. Her ‘coming out’ and ‘opening up to the world’ got viral pretty quickly and there have been a lot of online reactions. So I asked myself: How FAKE / REAL is social media really?!
See above the viral video from Essena and read on to read my reaction and my opinion on this subject.
As a girl who just turned 25 I am really ambitious and I want to do a lot of different things. My blog being a company and making it a success is one of those things but besides I have a lot of other dreams as well. Being the ambitious girl I can get jealous of the corporate office outfits of some woman. So when I got in touch with Duifhuizen tassen en koffers (Duifhuizen bags and suitcases) to do something with the theme ‘Not my boyfriends business’ I already had the perfect outfit and bag in mind. A business outfit with a feminine and fun twist. Today I am showing you my view on business style outfits for women and I really hope you like it!
For this outfit I decided to dress up in a colorful suit from House of Dagmar and to finish it with a fancy multi-purpose bag like this one from Michael Kors, the shopper. Perfect for a day at the office, as you can see in this outfit. But also great for bringing your camera with you while on a city trip. This bag is perfection in my eyes. Although I really still need a black bag I picked this one in brown. Together with the golden details it looked more stylish and classy than the combination of black and gold.
The best thing of this bag? It fits my camera, iPad, phone, wireless charger and of course my sunglasses, wallet, make-up and keys! I love it! A fun story about this bag, while in Milan I wore this exact outfit and I met a fellow blogger who was wearing a Michael Kors bag as well. Together we got some pretty good attention from the street style photographers! Now let’s hope the photos will pop up somewhere so I can share this moment with you, I bet it looked really cool with both of us wearing a Michael Kors bag 😀
I’m wearing a House of Dagmar Suit – via Are You Swedish*, sunglasses Osiris – Specsavers*, Michael Kors bag – Duifhuizen*, Daniel Wellington watch*, Nike sneakers.
What do you girls think of my personal take on the ‘Not my boyfriends business’ theme? Did I do a good job or would you have picked a totally different outfit?
