A lot has happend since I went AFK – Away from keyboard. The last couple of months I have been to awesome events inside and outside of the Netherlands. From Milan Fashion Week to Paris Fashion Week, press days and more, today I am sharing some of the things I did while I was offline with you all.

I’ll just give away some little hints about Milan and Paris Fashion Week as there is sooo much to show and tell about these major events! So stay tuned for more on these two subjects!

Beauty: Clarisonic Mia2 review

Today I want to talk to you a little bit about skincare. Since I have turned 25 last year I am more invested in my skincare routine than I used to be. I always used various products and I did not really have daily products or a daily routine at all.

When the end of 2015 came closer I decided it was time to treat my skin better and to create a full morning routine with a big part especially focussed on my skinscare. And so when I got the opportunity to test the Clarisonic Mia2 I did not hesitate!

The Clarisonic Mia2 promises to clean 6 times better than cleaning your face with your hands alone. The brush-head doesn’t rotate but instead it moves by sonic pulses that create more than 300 movements per second, impressive! Here we go.

Travel: Citizen M Rotterdam

The weekend has flown by again and I can’t imagine it’s already two weekends ago that I stayed in the Citizen M in Rotterdam to visit the IFFR (International Film Festival Rotterdam).

So today I wanted to tell you a bit about my stay at the Citizen M hotel and the movie I saw at the IFFR. The Citizen M Rotterdam hotel is different from most other hotels. One does not immediatly step into the lobby, we stept into the hallway which had a gorgeous spiral staircase. From the moment you step into the hotel you saw design everywhere. Interesting in-house architecture and interior styling come together with almost perfect balance. The atmosphere relaxed and home-y, but with many cool things to spot from within the corners of your eyes. Let’s just say that the Citizen M hotel in Rotterdam is a true hotspot!

Here are some of the items necessary or handy when it comes to some of my New Years plans – call them resolutions if you want to but I won’t do that, don’t want to jinx something that is already good 😉 …

These items are mostly yoga, personal / spiritual growth and personal style inspired.
