Hi loves,
As you all know I have been to London a couple of weeks ago and although the trip didn’t all go as planned we had a lot of fun and absolutely enjoyed our trip! Let me tell you, the hotels we stayed in; the Mandeville and CitizenM did help an awful lot!
For one night we stayed in the gorgeous Mandeville hotel in the Marylebone area in London. Not only is this 4-star boutique hotel perfectly situated, read: near the shopping area ;), the hotel also has a great eye for design. For the 5th floor the Mandeville collaborated with La Maison Christian Lacroix which resulted in 4 absolutely fabulous rooms inspired by the French Riviera.
Lucky as we were we got to stay in one of the gorgeous Christian Lacroix rooms: the Midnight Blue room. Check it out! 😀

About the Midnight Blue room; according to Mandeville website 🙂
“A sultry and romantic mood on The Mandeville Hotel’s Fifth Floor. Inspired by the clandestine ‘Bain de Minuit’ Sea-Bathing Society that met at night in the sea of Monaco and Princess Grace’s stolen “Pearl” necklace, a luxurious abode in the Centre of London.”
Not only was the room exactly – maybe even more – than what you’d expect at a 4-star boutique hotel which has testimonials from all the big magazines. The hotel also offered the best possible breakfast which consists out of a full English breakfast, including black pudding, sausage, egg and a huge mushroom. But also out of a continental buffet with a lot of different choices! I think I never had proper English breakfast before as I did not know that mushroom is part of it… Whoops.
We absolutely enjoyed breakfast, that’s for sure!
Before we knew it it was already time to check out… After one last glance out of the window, which had a pretty cool view on the street, we packed up our stuffed and went back into the city for our final day in London. As you all know, that day ended pretty stressfully with us walking through London to Liverpool Street Station to catch the train to Stansted Airport *covers eyes*.
Thanks to the Mandeville hotel for letting us stay in one of these gorgeous rooms! This blogpost is not sponsored and all opinions are my own, however we did get to stay in this gorgeous room for a discounted rate.
Beautiful interior, modern and comfy!

Beautiful!
Very lovely and the kind of place I would choose to stay in. We are in London very often and I always like to try new and different places to stay.
This looks lovely. I always judge a hotel by its breakfast and this one was a good one! Ree love30
