Ciao dearies,
At the moment I am really busy trying to live a more healthier, happier and more balanced life. Not really something that you just, from one day to another will be able to change. It takes a bit more time and I think a lot of determination but with the things I am changing at the moment I am sure to reach my living happier & healthier goals! 🙂 Here is my little, personal guide to changing your lifestyle, with just some tips and things I am doing myself at this moment…
As most things are going really well at this moment I am trying to make the most out of my free time by changing my whole lifestyle in a positive way. That whenever something happens sometime I am in a good / positive state of mind, feeling strong, happy and healthy. So that a possible curve ball will not be able to mess up the things I am building and things I am working towards! Normally I am pretty positive, I trust in the goodness of the world and I trust in mankind. But with some things that have happened the last 2 years I kinda got thrown out of my own balance. The balanced that made everything work pretty well for me.
And that is exactly what I am trying to find back, my balance both physical and psychological. But for now let me focus on the happier / healthier changes I am already adapting into my current lifestyle!

Getting fit
– Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines
I recently started working out more again and so far I have been doing really well with my first try of the Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines. I am almost finished with week 4, one work out to go tomorrow, and than I am stepping up my game into week 5! This work out schedule is pretty though but so far I am managing well and I noticed that my core is getting stronger and leaner. Overall I am starting to feel way better within my own body! 🙂
– Yoga
Besides doing very intensive work outs I also do LISS (part of the Bikini Body Guide) and Yoga. At this moment I am following a 30 days of Yoga challenge from Yoga With Adriene which is a very good program for me! Not only are the daily challenges pretty freaking challenging, just try the one legged pigeon and you will know what I am talking about 😉 but her daily yoga sessions are also really relaxing. I try to always do my practice in the morning as it makes me determined and gives my day a nice relaxed start up. However doing my yoga practice just before going to bed is also heavenly!
So this is basically my morning workout schedule, my BBG work-out if it’s Monday, Wednesday or Friday and doing yoga every morning.
Besides taking care of my physical body with workouts I am also trying to eat cleaner and better. I am eating just a little bit less, while on the other hand eating more nutritional valuable food and I am enjoying food way more than I used to. Especially the cheat meals haha 😉 Not only am I watching my diet but I am also taking more time to cook and trying out new dishes. Which is pretty relaxing and it’s always fun to experiment with food!
Psychological
I am trying to find more rest, inspiration and drive to do the things I love to do. But besides that I also want to feel more happier with my achievements and to be able to use this happiness and positivity to grow and to work towards achieving new / already existing – dreams.
– Reading
To find this rest, inspiration and motivation I am going to start reading a bit more and while reading I am going to try to totally travel into the book and the story. Taking the time, focus and rest to get inspired by the stories I am reading!
– Last but not least…
Focusing on less is better for your psychological health than doing a lot of different stuff without full commitment, full passion and enough time to get the right results. And as being said by a lot of people less really is more! Which is true especially career wise, as with good focus you can create way better work! As a blogger who also has a parttime job and who is trying to do various freelance work I know what it is like to have to many different things to focus on. So I am trying to figure out whether and how I am going to focus and manage the various things I love to do! 🙂
