Hi everyone!

We are only 6 days away from New Years Eve but my beloved Amsterdam Fashion Week is already right behind the corner! I can still remember the joy and excitement last year in July when I went to Fashion Week for the first time in my life! It was just amazing and of course I just need to be there again this year!!

Amsterdam Fashion Week celebrates their 10th anniversary this year so it promises to be an amazing week! (By the way, it’s actually cald Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek Amsterdam! Hip hip hooray to Amsterdam for taking Fashion in the Netherlands to a higher level!)  So when I saw the chance of joining this amazing blogger contest from Fashionchick.nl I just had to join! For the non-dutchies reading this, Fashionchick.nl is one of the biggest fashion websites in the Netherlands. On the website you can make moodboards, a wishlist, you can shop, read about the latest fashion news, read blogposts and join great giveaways and contests!
For the contest I am showing you my ultimate Fashion Week outfits! I decided to make two different looks since the prize is two nights at the art’otel in Amsterdam and of course I will not be wearing the same outfit two days in a row! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Still a fashionista and fashion blogger, although I am on a budget, but a girl can dream and wish… ๐Ÿ™‚

More info on the outfits and why I choose these looks after the button.
Ciao lovely followers! <3

A show from last year, two amazing looks! If only I could wear one of these dresses to AFW! ๐Ÿ˜‰

The first look is very feminine and fierce at the same time! Because the skater dress has a subtle print it’s very wearable and not to much! By wearing (gorgeous) black heels, a black clutch from SUPERTRASH and the cute bracelet, the look stays very feminine and a bit chic. The jacket completes the look and makes the whole outfit more sporty and fierce!

Since I love to wear casual items and style it of in a chic way I think this look matches my personality and style very well! I also think this outfit is original and fashion forward.

The first outfit would be my super ultimate look to wear at Amsterdam Fashion Week!

Now for the second look. This look is inspired, partially by the SUPERTRASH ad campaign picture on the left and by Chiara Ferragni from the Blonde Salad. I love the golden details in the cream dress, it looks very chic, feminine and luxurious. Fashion blogger Chiara Ferragni shows us how you make a simple or casual outfit look gorgeous for example by styling it of with nice accessories.

My second look which I would really like to wear to Mercedes-Benz FW Amsterdam is more subtle and calm than the first look. A chic but very comfy outfit, as I already walked on heels the first day of Mercedes-Benz FW Amsterdam haha. I now have sore feet so I want to wear flat shoes. These loafers with golden chain are perfectly comfy and still very chic! The knitted sweater is very comfy as well. The skort gives the look a little bit of edge to it and makes the look even more casual than it already is. By wearing the golden chain necklace, the cream white shoulderbag and the nude eye-look I’ll give the outfit a more feminine touch.

Again this outfit matches my style very well since it is comfortable and casual as well as feminine.

Well fingers crossed now! I can’t wait for this years Fashion Week in Amsterdam!<3

xoxo

Good morning!

While shooting this outfit photos the sun went down so it went darker very quickly. Since I am not blogging seriously for more than a year it’s something me and my boyfriend photographer need to get used to.. He is away a lot (for school), I have got a job since Wednesday (YAY, FINALLY!) and the weather is shitty most of the time. But still I can’t complain! Last week it has been sunny and I have been able to make these beautiful pictures, I just love the bokeh and the contrast!! Besides that, I am doing what I love! I am busy with social media a lot, busy building my personal and professional network and above all I am blogging my ass off ๐Ÿ˜‰ I am actually going to do a fashion journalism course starting 9 January, oh gosh I just can’t wait!

Okay, on-topic haha, I decided to wear a casual outfit which was all about accessories! This outfit would not have worked for me without my furry coat, the shawl, the beanie and the belt. I am wearing my Supertrash coat, my personalized POM shawl (similar HERE), teal beanie with pompom from C&A (similar HERE), my Hard Rock Cafe Bali t-shirt, jeans from C&A, belt from a random store in my hometown (similar HERE) and my H&M boots.

Don’t forget to let me know what you think of this look in a comment! Have a lovely Friday!

Winter romance – Outfit post

Hi guys!

Last Tuesday the biggest Primark in the Benelux opened in my city Eindhoven so of course I attended the press opening & pre-shopping event! But, more about that later. Today it is all about the outfit I was wearing to this press event.

Since it is really cold, windy and chilly in the Netherlands I decided to wear my warm coat from Supertrash which I got for my birthday. It’s so fluffy on the inside you can just cuddle with it haha. Besides the coat to keep me warm I went for a comfy look in which I can move easy to do some full speed shopping. The soft Bordeaux top is really comfortable but it has a little sexy detail to it with the lace at the neckline and upper sleeves.

What I am wearing: coat from Supertrash, top from Kenzaa, black basic top: H&M, leggings: Pimkie, heels from Ecco, black necklace from Calvin Klein, heart necklace: Guess and my bag from Deena & Ozzy.

Hope you like it! xoxo

Hi dear followers!

Last week I celebrated my birthday, I turned 23 on the 4th of October! Yay!! ๐Ÿ˜‰ And I really had a hard time making a wishlist. Yes I still make wishlists haha. But, when I saw that this SuperTrash coat was on sale I just had to have it! The coat is perfect for the winter, super warm, fluffy on the outside and inside (fake fur) and I love it that the coat is somewhat longer than most of my coats and jackets. Also, the belt and the furriness really give a nice silhouette to the coat. Well, you can see I am in love with it, don’t you? ๐Ÿ™‚

Let me know what you think of the coat in the comments below! ๐Ÿ™‚

Have a nice weekend!! Ciao!!

Trend report: Rain boots!

15-09-’13’

Burberry studded rainboots & Kate Spade rainboots

Hi everyone,

With fall coming up soon, rain boots are hot! Remember those horrifying things you wore as a child? Well no more of that, rain boots are stylish and very trendy! They even come in all shapes and styles (over knees, ridingboots, ankle boots) and in a lot of different colors as well!

To prepare myself a bit for the rain and to help you find some cool rain boots, I put together this little trend report with some cool rain boots! I am sure you will love one or more of the ones I will show you!

Ciao!!

Before I am going to show you some of my favorites, this pair below will definitely be mine! These Quiltedrainboots in black are from SuperTrash and are available here.

The boots below are a bit more, well, out there… if you know what I mean ๐Ÿ˜‰
I really like these boots but I would probably not wear them as soon as the black SuperTrash beauties above ๐Ÿ™‚

You can buy the boots, shown below, here and here!

I also reallt like the rainboots by Hunter, Hunter really seems like an upcoming brand, I am seeing their rainboots more often with every day! Personally I really like the Original Colorblocking rainboots, available here.

I also really like this classic British rain boots by Burberry, available here.

Last but not least, if I will get a job soon, I think I will also buy these lace beauties from SuperTrash, very cute and stylish and such a nice design! Available here ๐Ÿ™‚

What is your favorite pair of rain boots? ๐Ÿ™‚
