Oh my oh my, getting back my blogging rhythm is one hell of a challenge. I shot a lot of looks this month but did not post all of them yet as I am afraid to run out of OOTD’s again. And well, it’s pretty damn cold to shoot new ones 😉
Today I want to share my outfits of January with you in an outfit recap. There are six, which is more than what I normally have so I am quiet proud of that! But besides OOTD posts there are also other blogposts that I want to start sharing again, like the (p)inspiration wednesday, the personal post on Monday and the Sunday Special… Although I think the last one should stay special and therefore it doesn’t have to be posted every Sunday, let me know if you think different about this! 🙂
So for todays outfit recap I want to see which look was your favorite and why?! Which style do you like best and which look do you think fits me the most?? My personal favorites are number 3, 5 and 6 by the way, but don’t let yourself get biased by my own opinion as I would love to hear yours!

This weekend Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Amsterdam (MBFWA) took place and of course I was present! Unfortunately I was only there on one day, Saturday to be precise, and I decided that for that one special day this season I needed to show up with a cool and a little bit crazy outfit. So I wore my Spirithood and wore it while sitting FRONTROW (Still a bit flabbergasted!!) at Smart presents SIS by Spijkers & Spijkers!
When thinking about my outfit for MBFWA I wanted something that would stand out from the crowd, something fun, maybe a bit crazy, but most of all something I would feel comfortable in! So while wearing my Spirithood I also decided to make the rest a bit more casual and easy going. By wearing a black skirt and sweater with tiger head print the rest of the outfit was a bit more simple.
A Spirithood is a pretty big accessory so I felt like I needed to focus on some things to make the overall look have the same feeling and idea.
I ended up wearing my Husky hood by Spirithoods with my copy cat sweater from NIKKIE by Nikkie Plessen. Furthermore I wore a scuba skirt with flare from H&M, leather boots from DUO and studded bag from Noosa Amsterdam.
What do you think of my Fashion Week outfit? Let me know in a comment!

Fall is here and it’s time to get your autumn & winter wardrobe ready. In todays Friday Favorites I want to tell you what I think are this years fall wardrobe essentials! From fluffy sweaters like the one above (just an example since it’s an older campaign) to statement accessories! With this blogpost you can go shopping to get your clothing stash fall ready!
Starting of with the fluffy sweater, fluffy, soft items are definite a musthave and are fall wardrobe essentials. With a fluffy sweater you can not go wrong! Go for a pastel colored version or stick to black or white. There are a lot of different fits this season as well, like oversized, cropped or a normal fit. I suggest buying different fits so you can have a fluffy item for different occasions to style in a totally different way! A fluffy or faux fur jacket is also a great essential for this years fall, combine it with a fluffy sweater for a ready-to-cuddle look! 😉
Second of the fall wardrobe essentials to me is a (faux) leather pants, a timeless piece which just screams power woman haha. Definitely a must buy!
