Today is all about fairytale footwear! Remember the DUO Boots I have shown you a couple of times on the blog?
Well DUO recently changed their name and the whole feeling and image of their brand to Ted & Muffy, a footwear brand with a mystical, fantasy and fairytale like feeling. Something I really love as I am a huge lover of imagination, fantasy and creativity. The brand make-over is something that really appeals to me a lot! Ted & Muffy’s new brand image is classy and sexy with a hint of fantasy!
Little red riding boots – pun intended, wood nimf like booties as the ones above and more.

Okay I think I’ll have to confess by now. I am currently having a huge accessories obsession! Shoes and bags, you name it, I want it!
My shoe obsession is actually sort of getting out feet 😉 So today I wanted to make this confession and show you my Once upon a shoe wishlist. All these shoes are amazing, it’s a pretty diverse wishlist and some of these items would make me feel like Cinderella. If the shoe fits 😉
All of these shoes are from Sacha and I’m only just showing you part of the wishlist. Because I also have this pair of black Nike’s in my mind, more high boots, flatforms and more.
Musthaves for this season are for sure the Chunky Overknees and the fierce Dr Martens boots!
What do you think of the shoes seen above?

Yesterday I went to a very cool event which I will tell you some more about later but when walking through Amsterdam to the event I started thinking. While I am a girl who LOVES comfort I bought a lot of gorgeous heels and ankle boots lately, but I actually don’t have sneakers… So when my feet were hurting later that evening I decided, yes for sure I need a pair of sneakers haha 😉
Since I was younger I have always loved Nike’s, I was a Nike Airmax kind of girl and I wore them every day. So that’s why I immediately started looking for cool sneakers from Nike. By the way I really like New Balance as well, but I would not like a lot of different colors in my sneaker, it has to be pretty basic and easy to match.
When I saw this gorgeous Nike sneakers above at the Intreza webshop I was in love! Three gorgeous sneakers with easy to match colors. At this moment I am just super in love with black, white, grey and pastels. So that would just be perfect…
While trying to make a decision of course I did some styling research, click on the read more button to see how two amazing bloggers style their Nike’s!

Below you can see how bloggers Lucy from Lovely by Lucy and Aimee Song from Song of Style wear their Nike’s… Looking at this picture I am leaning more to the Nike Sky High’s!
I am still doubting though, the white sneaker would give me more height and a nice posture thanks to the secret wedge in the sneaker. I do love the fabric as well… Or should I go for one of the two simple sneakers? The Nike Roshe run are super hot lately but I like the white / grey Nike Air Max Thea as well… Aaarghh decisions decisions!
Which pair would you choose? The white sneaker wedges from Nike, the Nike Roshe run (these ones are the cheapest) or the Nike Air Max Thea print in grey?
Let me know in a comment which of these Nike’s are your favorite!
Since last spring the Aztec print is really trendy and hot! This trend really inspires me and I love it! You can match the colors and print very well I think, even during fall! Maybe with a nice Peruvian scarf (Let’s stay in that South-American trend right ;))? Personally I have always been interested in Peru because my grandparents visited that country a couple of times and did some voluntary work over there! And I can remember having my class presentation in Elementary school about the Aztecs. So one way or another, I have this connection and interest in South-American cultures. Combining Aztec items with Peruvian fashion in my eyes seem quite natural. Both of the trends are very colorful with prints that just go really good together.
Read & see more after the click 😉 Ciao!!
MIPACHA F/W ’13-’14 Peruvian shoes! Check out www.mipacha.com!
By buying MIPACHA shoes you actually support the people from Cuzco (the capitol of Peru) plus you get a dustbag for your newly bought colorful shoes and a woven Peruvian bracelet! How cool is that?!
I would definitely want to have one or more pairs of MIPACHA shoes, I can’t wait to buy my first pair haha. Secretly I have already checked my closet to see how I could combine them haha.
|I would combine this tee and Peruvian shawl (gift from Peru) with a nice pair of jeans and bright Alto Top MIPACHA sneakers.
So that’s it for today! Do you like the Aztec trend and MIPACHA shoes?
Let me know in a comment!
