Everyday – Outfit post

everyday outfit post OOTD fashion dutch blogger streetstyle citytrip ghent belgium4

Ciao dearies,

I am going to be completely honest with you today. Let’s get real. Do you think I wear heels every day? Or wear sneakers with a hidden heel? Think again, as a blogger and person I value comfort a lot. So nope I do not wear heels every day. That is why I am sharing this everyday outfit with you all today. I actually love to wear flats like Nike airmax and my UGG mini’s and I wear them a lot. For example while biking to the train station, while shopping or while exploring a city with awful but pretty looking cobblestones.

Last weekend I went to the super pretty and fairy-tale-like city of Ghent (more about this on Thursday!!) and I decided to shoot one of my favorite everyday looks. This outfit is something I wear quiet often as it’s still classy and feminine but this look is also really comfortable. It’s easy to wear this look for different occasions in my humble opinion. When I decide to mix things up with this look I usually wear different shoes like sneakers or boots to make the look a bit more fashionable. I love this jeans from Weekday, this cute top with sheer blouse on the back from Primark and while I don’t love my UGG’s they do get a high rating in comfort 😉

Feeling comfortable sometimes is just a tat more important to me. So what I am actually trying to say: I love fashion and I love to look and feel the best I can with the right outfit, but I do not feel like dressing up every day. I value comfort a lot and in some occasions I just want to feel fashionable and comfortable at the same time.

What do you think of my honest everyday outfit? Let me know in a comment and share your opinion on fashion, comfort and feeling amazing in your outfits!

Baci,
Saranda

Outfit recap – January 2015

OOTDrecap january dutch fashion blogger sarandaadriana MBFWA Spirithoods Furla

Ciao dearies,

Oh my oh my, getting back my blogging rhythm is one hell of a challenge. I shot a lot of looks this month but did not post all of them yet as I am afraid to run out of OOTD’s again. And well, it’s pretty damn cold to shoot new ones 😉

Today I want to share my outfits of January with you in an outfit recap. There are six, which is more than what I normally have so I am quiet proud of that! But besides OOTD posts there are also other blogposts that I want to start sharing again, like the (p)inspiration wednesday, the personal post on Monday and the Sunday Special… Although I think the last one should stay special and therefore it doesn’t have to be posted every Sunday, let me know if you think different about this! 🙂

So for todays outfit recap I want to see which look was your favorite and why?! Which style do you like best and which look do you think fits me the most?? My personal favorites are number 3, 5 and 6 by the way, but don’t let yourself get biased by my own opinion as I would love to hear yours!

Baci,
Saranda

Stairway – Outfit post

Stairway ootd outfit fashion blogger eindhoven strijps streetstyle 1

Ciao dearies,

Right now I am getting ready to go to Amsterdam to visit some shows during Amsterdam Fashion Week, I am super excited but before I head out I need to share a new OOTD with you all. This time I shot my look on a baby blue stairs at Strijp S in Eindhoven and I am in love with the result!

This Stairway OOTD looks fierce and loveable at the same time if you ask me. And the little touch of blue of the cutest Mulberry bag finishes the whole outfit. By the way, unfortunately this pretty bag is not mine but Britt’s 😉

As I stood there on this Stairway I felt comfortable and I felt ready to make a climb. A climb to success, a climb to fulfill my dreams. Everything is not really going how I want it to go but even though I am a bit stressed out at some points I think I will get where I want to go sometime soon. There is online one person that has to say; Yes we will hire you! And than I can finally build my dream career. Fingers crossed this will be soon. If it’s up to me, it will!

I am wearing a fluffy sweater and heels from H&M, skirt from Primark, Mulberry bag (isn’t it the cutest you’ve ever seen – borrowed from Britt) and watch from Ikki.

For now enjoy this fluffy fierce look and let me know what you think of my Stairway OOTD 🙂 Enjoy your weekend dearies, I am off to Amsterdam!!

Bejeweled – Outfit post

bejeweled outfit ootd h&m primark furla sarandaadriana fashion blog 2

Ciao dearies,

Are you enjoying the holiday season so far?! Today I am sharing you my bejeweled outfit, it’s not a party look, or super duper festive, but I think the cute embellishments make this look pretty enough to be worn on the second day of Christmas / boxing day… Right?!

This look is actually a bit chic in combination with a lot of playfulness! With blue as the main color, I even wear blue tights in this look, I felt a bit rebellious wearing the black heels haha.

All these items are pretty new and I did not wear them a lot before, except for my favorite black heels. I felt like the fluffy top with necklace matched really cute with the embellished scuba pencil skirt.

I am wearing a top from Primark (bought it during the opening in the Hague), skirt from H&M, FURLA Candy Mini bag, blue thights from H&M, heels also from H&M and watch from Fossil. The necklace is part of the top.

As always I am curious to find out what you think of this chic, playful and bit rebellious look. Which item is your favorite? How would you wear this top & skirt?

Baci,

Hats up – Outfit post

hats up-outfit-ootd-hm-ecco-otraparte-blqe-bohemian-winter-sarandaadriana-sarandipity-dutch-fashion-blog9

Ciao dearies,

Today’s outfit is all about the hat, well and all the other pretty items of course, but the hat is the touch needed for this look to succeed. I put my hat on and when I do so I feel like a real lady. So ‘Hats up’, here is a bit more info about this boho-ladylike outfit!

Ever since I saw this fluffy H&M knit I needed to have it, but faith was working against me and so I actually had this same knitted sweater already for 4 times until I finally found one that was the right size and without defects. I decided to pair the long knit with my favorite faux leather leggings because well the combination just looks really pretty in my humble opinion. To add something special I went for ladylike and boho accessories such as the hat, jewelry, bag and of course the burgundy boots.

What I love about this look is that you can see the different styles coming together in the middle of the outfit. The top half is more lady like, feminine, mature and classy, while the bottom half, thanks to the boots in combination with the legging, is more boho. And well the knitted sweater is a little bit of both if you ask me.

The knitted sweater and faux leather leggings are both from H&M, as well as the wool hat, necklace from Primark, earrings from Zara, bracelets and ring from BLQE jewelry, velt bag from Otra-Parte and boots from Ecco.

I am so madly in love with this hat and the other accessories used in this outfit. What is your favorite accessory of this look?

Baci,
Saranda
