Wednesdays Pinspiration Spring 2015 inspirational collage dutch fashion blogger sarandaadriana

Ciao dearies,

Although the sun is not yet shining every day, spring is officially here and I thought it would be time to celebrate this with a little bit of spring inspiration!

I am still madly in love with pastels and I don’t think this love affair will end anytime soon. Combining pastels with black and white is easy with my current wardrobe but I still can use some statement items like the Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Paris (or the Milano version, I am still in doubt!). And some items from the H&M Studio collection.

Besides my spring wardrobe that needs a little bit of updating, hehe, I am also looking forward to making some amazing trips again. Small ones or bigger ones. So far there are no definite plans, but I might visit Paris next week and I hope to be able to go on some new adventures with my love this spring / summer again as well. Only the idea of planning trips together gives me a whole bunch of new inspiration already! ^^

What do you think of the items seen in this Wednesday’s Pinspiration collage?

Baci,
Saranda

fashion style inspiration trends pastel embellishments skater skirts cold shoulder mode moda

Hi there lovely followers,

Today I would like to show you a bit of my current fashion inspirations (or should I say obsessions haha). I am still in love with pastels and black and white is more and more getting in my wardrobe as a nice, easy to match, base for my outfits. Besides that I have much more things I really adore right now. For example skater skirts! I have bought a couple of very cool skater skirts at the moment and I am very very happy with the purchase hihi. Soon you will see them in an outfit of course 🙂

What I like about skater skirts is the way you can twist them, like the girl in the lower right corner. It makes me feel super girly and feminine and it makes me very happy at the same time. Just what I like ^^

My other inspirations lately is the cold shoulder trend. When I was younger this was also pretty trendy, I still remember how I wore this stuff back then. Now that this trend is hot again I know how to style it my way and how to make it accentuate me in a good way.

Last but not least I am still into embellished items! Embellishments can make a simple top into a statement piece and it can make a basic outfit very glamorous. Love it <3

What is your favorite look from the ones above?

Ciao!!

Pretty in Pastel
Hi there,

It’s Wednesdays pinspiration again, oh how I love to blog about things that inspire me, so I can hopefully inspire you! 🙂 Lately I have been really into soft colors like these pretty pastels you can see in the pictures. I love how a soft color can give a simple look a lot of elegance and femininity!

Lucky me that pastels are very hot right now, I mean have you checked out Zara’s collection lately? Well, I can tell you: this collection makes me a very happy girl for sure <3

To give you guys a bit of an idea what I like about pastels I made these two very candy store like collages. You can see the softness, elegance, a certain balance, femininity and above all the happiness. What do you think of pastels, HOT or NOT?

Ciao!!

Musthave of the month: Something blue

Something blue

Hi dear followers,

Today it’s time for a new musthave of the month. But since I am hooked on more than one musthave item, oops, I will show you three of my musthaves at this moment! Three musthaves which all got one thing in common. They are all blue, from pastel baby blue to sky-blue!

I am hooked on pastels (mostly pink and baby blue!), especially when combined with black and white. It has something very sweet but it’s also very chic and can even be fierce or edgy. A trend that is wear-able by just everyone and for every occasion! Well you see, I am hooked on this trend and I really really hope this trend will stay for a long time!

Now for the first musthave of this month: something blue special is the Double Breasted biker jacket from Zara in synthetic leather. I have seen it on some bloggers, for example We Heart Fashion and Britta Maxima and I am in LOVE with this jacket! <3 You can buy this pretty baby blue jacket online or in the Zara stores for €79,95.

Curious about my other two blue musthaves? Ciao!!

My second musthave is also a coat from the Zara. This one is sky blue and looks just perfect! But I do have a trouble with finding the perfect somewhat longer coat for me… Most of the times longer coats look like a bathrobe on me since I am pretty tiny haha….

Well probably got to try it out first before buying this one in my case! 😉 This beauty is also available online but for €99,95

Last but not last, a gorgeous sky-blue blazer also from the Zara. Classy, playful and very easy to match with different items and styles. This blazer is only €49,95 and in my opinion a great purchase if you are looking for a light blue blazer! 🙂

Romantic pink knit – Outfit post

Hi guys!

Yesterday I showed you a little Valentines day themed preview of this look. The outfit I am wearing has a pretty romantic feel to it thanks to the pastel pink knit sweater. Wearing this outfit made me feel chic, hug-able and sexy at the same time. The fact that this sweater is cropped and feels very soft and light really was the reason it gave the look a little bit of sexiness. Since the top is wide and the button of my chino pantalon was wide as well I did had to work my angles (I am watching a little bit too much ANTM I think hahaha). As Tyra Banks would say: “I am not that strong en face” 😉

Let me tell you something about the items I am wearing. The pink knitted cropped jumper is from H&M for €19,95, the woolen chino pantalon is from SuperTrash (I think it’s from a collection out of 2011 or something). Besides my new knitted sweater and my SuperTrash pantalon I am wearing pumps from Dolcis.

I love this look mostly because of the simplicity. What do you guys think of this look? 🙂

xoxo Saranda
