Wednesday’s Pinspiration #8

fashion adidas lovlet nike fruity floral hawaii pinapple tropical sarandipity inspiration blog dutch

Hi everyone,

Sometimes weeks go by so quickly because it is Wednesday already! While I was working on this new Pinspiration post I found some gorgeous fashion items online. And while I am trying to get my closet a bit more cohesive with a sort of red line I think I will fail big time haha. These items are not really a good fit with all the things I already have in my wardrobe, BUT… I do love these items a lot. The stunning ADIDAS x the Farm company jackets, the dress with Hawaiian dolls, the pineapple and the sporty Nike Roshe run <3 All of the things above are colorful, fun, fruity, floral, and mostly, perfect for the summer season! I really really love them.  These colorful items also give me a huge peptalk concerning my mood and really give me some new inspiration. Who would not want to wear fancy items like these and even blogging about and looking at these pictures makes me smile haha.  But now I need your advice… Option one is: Just go for it and get those pretty items asap! Or I can go for option two which is: I would stick to creating more of a cohesive wardrobe. Well I am very curious to find out your opinion 🙂  Ciao!!

What to wear with Kingsday?

Kingsday what to wear style fashion sarandipity mode inspiration outfit look orange holland the netherlands

Morning lovely followers… <3

Woohoo, it’s almost Kingsday and so it’s time for a inspirational what to wear blogpost.
Kingsday is about celebrating King Willempie’s, hihi, birthday and because it is the first Kingsday ever I am going to go to a pretty cool party. Yay!

But what will I wear? I personally don’t like orange very much and I also am not the type to dress up in a red/white/blue attire haha. So I made these two looks above which will show you a bit more about what I would like to wear this Kingsday.

First is the pretty comfy look with a festival proof soft orange shorts, sunset Nike Roshe run, orange jewelry and a simple white blouse. This look is perfect for walking, dancing, jumping around. The perfect outfit to celebrate Kingsday if you ask me! On the right is the second outfit, much more of a cute / sexy outfit. This outfit again is pretty basic but the cute box clutch, tiara and fierce orange heels make this look very feminine and sexy. I really love this outfit but probably it’s not the best look to wear when going to an outdoor Kingsday festival haha. These look is more suitable for a nice barbecue, simple get together with friends or when you go to a lounge themed party (one where you can sit down) ;). But hey, you could wear this outfit probably just as easy with the sunset Nike Roshe run… Right?!

What do you think of these looks? And which of the two would you wear or which combination would you make?

Have a happy Tuesday!

xoxo Saranda

Trend report: California Palmtree’s

California Palm prints coachella fashion blog style blogger sarandipity spring summer trends

Good morning!

Today I would like to share one of my last obsessions and a big trend right now. Palm prints!! I really like palm prints since they make every item look more exotic. This print is perfect for the spring and the summer.

Being honest, I have not yet bought something with palm print for my spring / summer 2014 wardrobe… However I have some pretty cool items on my mind which I would love to have!

Palm prints always make me think of sunny California and now also Coachella. I would still really love to go to that festival some day. Fingers crossed I can make that dream come true ^^

My favorite item from the things you can see above is the white shorts with green palm print. Of course I love all the other items as well haha. Which item is your favorite??

Have a lovely Sunday, ciao!

Wishlist: Nike sneakers

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I went to a very cool event which I will tell you some more about later but when walking through Amsterdam to the event I started thinking. While I am a girl who LOVES comfort I bought a lot of gorgeous heels and ankle boots lately, but I actually don’t have sneakers… So when my feet were hurting later that evening I decided, yes for sure I need a pair of sneakers haha 😉

Since I was younger I have always loved Nike’s, I was a Nike Airmax kind of girl and I wore them every day. So that’s why I immediately started looking for cool sneakers from Nike. By the way I really like New Balance as well, but I would not like a lot of different colors in my sneaker, it has to be pretty basic and easy to match.

When I saw this gorgeous Nike sneakers above at the Intreza webshop I was in love! Three gorgeous sneakers with easy to match colors. At this moment I am just super in love with black, white, grey and pastels. So that would just be perfect…

While trying to make a decision of course I did some styling research, click on the read more button to see how two amazing bloggers style their Nike’s!

Ciao!!

Below you can see how bloggers Lucy from Lovely by Lucy and Aimee Song from Song of Style wear their Nike’s… Looking at this picture I am leaning more to the Nike Sky High’s!

I am still doubting though, the white sneaker would give me more height and a nice posture thanks to the secret wedge in the sneaker. I do love the fabric as well… Or should I go for one of the two simple sneakers? The Nike Roshe run are super hot lately but I like the white / grey Nike Air Max Thea as well… Aaarghh decisions decisions!

Which pair would you choose? The white sneaker wedges from Nike, the Nike Roshe run (these ones are the cheapest) or the Nike Air Max Thea print in grey?

Let me know in a comment which of these Nike’s are your favorite!
