On Monday I try to always post something personal or something body, mind & soul related. This week I am sharing the Project Positive tag, a tag, started in Dutch (this might be the first Englisch version haha) by one of my best blogger friends Dagmar. Dagmar is a try positive spirit, she is a warm person who always shares her sunlight, warmth and reassurance when I am down. Well, she’s just someone I really look up to!
Being more positive is really something that I need in my life as I have noticed lately that with a positive attitude I tend to be less stressed out and can enjoy life a little better!

I am here with a new Happy Challenge blogpost! 😀 It’s super early and lucky me I am still waking up! But the new blogpost is online and I am trying to get back into a good routine! Today I am not only sharing a new Happy Challenge blogpost with all of you, I am also starting at H&M as a Sales Advisor!! Yay, I am pretty excited and a little bit nervous as well hihi.
Today’s Happy Challenge is all about adding some positive habits to your life. Habits that are good for you, make you happy and keep you in a positive spirit!
Here are some of the positive habits I am trying to fit into my life, hope you like it 🙂

Today’s Happy Challenge is pretty short but powerful at the same time. This weeks theme: “Just DO it!” And so I am busy with doing the things I mentioned in last weeks Happy Challenge update.
Right now I am super busy getting a more healthy lifestyle, hitting the gym is getting part of my weekly routine (I am going three times a week) and I try to drink more water. I do still snack too much though, but I am just not ready to give up chocolate and other sweets haha. With this new more healthy lifestyle I try to cut some crap like social media, I still love being out there, online, but I am trying to do less useless refreshing haha. I want to spend my time doing more things which I love and less things that are useless. Facebook isn’t useless at all if you ask me, since it’s also part of my job and my blog, BUT my ‘infobesitas’ sometimes is. I still have a lot of work to do by the way, I am definitely not yet in a place where I can control my need to hit refresh…
I am also really busy with figuring out what I really want to do. Actually, I am thinking about it almost 24/7. Guess I have a lot of things to figure out concerning my career.
The other thing I wanted more of was positivity, and although this is hard for me since I can be super pessimistic sometimes, I think I am heading into the right direction with this.
Last but not least I am working on being able to let go. As a control freak it is so hard to just let things be. I did let one thing go, my work as community officer for #metzonderwerk. Though it’s weird to just leave this behind I did a pretty go job making sure there is a new team to continue this community. I am now piece by piece, bit by bit, trying to close the chapter. I am deleting myself from shared folders and stuff. For me it feels like a relief, not having to think about that anymore.
Now it’s time to figure out what things I want to spend most of my time on! 🙂

Today I want to talk to you about the fourth Happy Challenge assignment. This one is all bout the things I want to change in my life and why. The challenge this week is to find 3 things I want to change and with that 3 things you would want to give up for that.
The thing is that you need to make space, time and energy for the things that you do want in your life and you need to leave the things that only take up space, time and energy behind.
