Hi there lovely followers,
Today I would like to show you a bit of my current fashion inspirations (or should I say obsessions haha). I am still in love with pastels and black and white is more and more getting in my wardrobe as a nice, easy to match, base for my outfits. Besides that I have much more things I really adore right now. For example skater skirts! I have bought a couple of very cool skater skirts at the moment and I am very very happy with the purchase hihi. Soon you will see them in an outfit of course 🙂
What I like about skater skirts is the way you can twist them, like the girl in the lower right corner. It makes me feel super girly and feminine and it makes me very happy at the same time. Just what I like ^^
My other inspirations lately is the cold shoulder trend. When I was younger this was also pretty trendy, I still remember how I wore this stuff back then. Now that this trend is hot again I know how to style it my way and how to make it accentuate me in a good way.
Last but not least I am still into embellished items! Embellishments can make a simple top into a statement piece and it can make a basic outfit very glamorous. Love it <3
What is your favorite look from the ones above?
Sunglasses are one of my favorite accessories so when I yesterday had a meeting with bckspace | eyewear I fell completely in love with their diverse collection of sunnies. I will tell you more about bckspace | eyewear later but for now I would like to share my love for some of their sunnies with you. Because that is what Wednesday’s pinspiration is about. Sharing my current inspiration with you all!
Not only are sunglasses a perfect way to style your outfit, they are also pretty important if you want to see where you are walking when it’s sunny haha… 😉 Therefore a couple (or more) gorgeous sunglasses is a musthave for every fashionista.
With some of these sunglasses above you can never go wrong. Timeless and chic, like Audrey Hepburn wearing her favorite Oliver Goldsmith Manhattan sunglasses in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. In this Pinterest collage you can see sunnies from AM Eyewear (from Australia), DITA Eyewear and Oliver Goldsmith.
I am mostly in love with the Manhatten sunnies from Oliver Goldsmith, but I also love the cat-eye sunglasses from DITA (the glasses in the middle of everything) and the AM Eyewear sunnies on the left.

PS: Notice my Carrie Bradshaw obsession? 😉
It’s Pinspiration day again, so today I will share my latest Pinterest inspiration with you all. This Wednesday it is all about positive and happy quotes! From Steve Jobs (lower right) to Audrey Hepburn. Quotes like days are really the ones you should print out and hang on the wall so you can always see them. For sure you won’t forget the quotes that matter to you most if you do this! 🙂
These quotes from Pinterest are some of my most inspirational quotes. But I know another quote which I love as well. It’s from Andy Warhol, the famous Pop-art painter (from Campbells’soup for example). He once said in his philosophy book: “They say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.”
What I love about this quote is that it’s so accurate. You can’t blame time or other stuff when things change in a way you don’t like. When you take control of your own life and your own happiness it is YOU who needs to change things for the better.
Happy Wednesday lovely followers!
Hi there lovely followers,
Happy Wednesday ^^ Today I would like to share some Pinterest inspiration with you all. It has been terrific weather lately here in the Netherlands and this good weather is making me so happy. I am totally ready for spring!
So todays Pinspiration is all about bright colors, cuteness, softness, girly stuff, totally spring-proof for sure.
And, you can also see my love for pastels returning, again 😉 By the way I am still dying to buy a gorgeous lace item like a lace short or this gorgeous lace blouse you can see above. Hopefully I will finally find it this spring hihi.
Which of these looks and items do you like most? Personally I am in love with the top right outfit. A gorgeous beautiful combination of pastel and black (my favorite attire at the moment). I also love love love the pastel pink tulle skirt, it makes the look very romantic. In my eyes a perfect look to wear for a lot of different occasions. For example to Paris Fashion Week, a wedding, a date you name it.
And you, are you already ready for spring?!
Pretty in Pastel
It’s Wednesdays pinspiration again, oh how I love to blog about things that inspire me, so I can hopefully inspire you! 🙂 Lately I have been really into soft colors like these pretty pastels you can see in the pictures. I love how a soft color can give a simple look a lot of elegance and femininity!
Lucky me that pastels are very hot right now, I mean have you checked out Zara’s collection lately? Well, I can tell you: this collection makes me a very happy girl for sure <3
To give you guys a bit of an idea what I like about pastels I made these two very candy store like collages. You can see the softness, elegance, a certain balance, femininity and above all the happiness. What do you think of pastels, HOT or NOT?
