Last week I was in Milano to end my Italian adventures with a huge dosis of fashion by going on the streets during Milan Fashion Week.
Most of the time I was spotting and shooting gorgeous streetstyle but I also attended some nice shows!! More about that later in a special Milan Fashion Week report! 😀
Today I want to start with sharing some of my favorite looks per show with you all. As you might now I started of writing about a lot of different fashion shows and I love to do that again sometimes, especially for the Milan Fashion Weeks because I just adore Italian fashion!
When the Gucci show was going on inside this super pretty building I was outfit making street style photos and checking out famous bloggers and some celebs! Anna Wintour rushed her way through the crowd while Kate Moss arrived a bit later. A couple minutes later, I was about to take of because the biggest part of the crowd started dissolving, I almost bumped into Bryanboy and I went on a photo with the gorgeous Chiara Ferragni from the Blonde Salad.
Continue reading for my opinion about the Gucci, Emporio Armani & Fendi shows!
The Gucci show was the first big fashion house to kick of this seasons Milan Fashion Week. The collection was fabulous as always, I would not expect any less of the Gucci house! I really loved the prints, the rock chic vibe in some looks and the use of denim! My favorite design is the fifth look with the blue color scheme and the feathers. The perfect bohemian summer look if you ask me!
By the way, did you guys know that Gucci originates from Firenze and that there is an actual Gucci museum there?! There even is a Gucci car in the museum.. (with gold chrome G’s on the hubcaps haha)!
During day two of Milan Fashion Week some more big fashion houses showed their new Spring Summer collection.
I am always a big fan of the Emporio Armani collection. Something that really caught my eye is that the collection had a pretty dark color scheme for a spring / summer collection. I really loved how they made use of cobalt and metallics though. A gorgeous collection with some great statement and basic pieces to add to your summer wardrobe!
Last but not least the Fendi show! Kaiser Karl came back and showed us some new cute Karlito’s in his new Orchid inspired collection. I am totally in love with the color scheme of the collection. The pastels with the darker colors and earth toned looked amazing! Everything matched perfectly and I would totally want to buy all the single pieces of this gorgeous collection! Some nice details are the wrap bracelets, cute gladiator heels and Japanese style hairpieces (which were also inspired by Orchids).
The collection by Fendi is for sure my favorite line of the three houses I blogged about today. Which one is your favorite Milan Fashion Week show so far? Let me know in a comment!
